Fluor Strengthens Power and Chemicals Business Lines with Key Sales Leadership Appointments

IRVING, Texas – Fluor recently announced strategic leadership appointments across its Power and Chemicals business lines, reinforcing the company's commitment to growth in key energy sectors and strengthening alignment between business development and operations.

Mark McClure has been named Lead of Business Development & Strategy for Nuclear Power, Rachel Mickschl has been appointed Lead of Business Development & Strategy for Gas-Fueled Power, and Abdullah Dirani has been named Lead of Business Development & Strategy for Fluor's Chemicals business line.

"These appointments strengthen our alignment with operations and position us to capitalize on growth opportunities across the power and chemicals markets," said Alejandro Escalona, Head of Fluor's Energy Solutions Business Development & Strategy. "Mark, Rachel and Abdullah each bring extensive industry expertise, strong customer relationships and proven leadership. Together, they will help accelerate growth, strengthen client partnerships and expand our global network of customers and strategic partners."

Mark McClure, Business Development & Strategy Lead, Nuclear Power

McClure's leadership, industry expertise and strong client relationships have been instrumental in repositioning Fluor within the power market. Since joining Fluor in 1988, he has held a variety of sales leadership roles across Energy Solutions in the United States and internationally, including assignments in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. In his new role, McClure will focus on advancing Fluor's position in the growing nuclear power sector and supporting customers pursuing reliable, low-carbon energy solutions.

Rachel Mickschl, Business Development & Strategy Lead, Gas-Fueled Power

Mickschl brings nearly two decades of EPC and engineering experience in the energy industry. Her career spans sales, business development, strategy, project management and civil engineering. As Lead Sales for Gas-Fueled Power, she will focus on expanding Fluor's power generation portfolio, strengthening client relationships and advancing opportunities across U.S. and global markets.

Abdullah Dirani, Business Development & Strategy Lead, Chemicals

Dirani brings nearly 20 years of experience with Fluor, combining deep commercial leadership, global market expertise and strong customer relationships. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed strategic partnerships, built high-performing teams and driven growth across diverse international markets.

In his new role, Dirani will lead Business Development & Strategy efforts for Fluor's Chemicals business line, focusing on expanding market opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the business. To ensure continuity and support ongoing business momentum, he will also continue serving as General Manager, Middle East and North Africa (MENA) until a successor is appointed.

Recognizing Graham Mason for Leadership Contributions

The company also recognizes Graham Mason for his outstanding leadership and contributions to the Chemicals business line. Under his leadership, Fluor has strengthened its position as a market leader in chemicals, advanced strategic growth initiatives and enhanced its long-term competitiveness in the sector.

Mason recently transitioned to Vice President and General Manager, Fluor UK, where he will help drive growth and strengthen Fluor's presence across the United Kingdom and the broader Europe, Africa and Middle East region.
